After a heavy rain storm swept through the area, a large oak tree on this Eugene property uprooted overnight. The tree had been leaning toward a fence line for some time, and the added weight from its wide canopy, combined with saturated ground, was enough to bring it down directly over a neighboring yard.
Our crew responded the following morning to assess the situation. Given the tree’s size and its position over the neighbor’s property, we worked from the top of the canopy down to the trunk, removing it section by section to prevent further shifting or damage below. The careful, methodical approach kept the job safe for our crew and protected the surrounding property throughout the process.
